Asian Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 3.5 lbs chicken breasts
  2. 1/3 cup peanut butter
  3. 6 Table spoons of orange juice
  4. 3 Table spoons of soya sauce
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. 1/2 lb of bok choy

Preparation

  1. Spread the ingredients over the chicken in a crock pot except the bok choy.
  2. Heat on low for 6 hours
  3. Add the bok choy for the last 15 minutes
  4. Serve with rice or noodles.
