This novel is written in the form of a diary kept by a young cabin boy aboard the Santa María when Christopher Columbus set out to discover America. I found it very entertaining.
The book is published by Norma, a major publisher of educational materials. I suppose the book offers itself as a good candidate to stimulate reading.
It's a fun book to read.
