Baked Spuds and ground beef

Indredients
- 1-2 lbs of lean ground beef
- 1 can of campbells cream of mushroom soup
- 1-2 lbs of small potatos cut into smallish pieces
- 1 medium sized onion
Tools
- 9x13 inch greased baking pan (deep enough)
- preheat oven 350 F
- Large bowl for mixing
Preparation
- dice the onion and mix into the meat with your hands
- add salt and pepper to your taste
- press into an even layer in the bottom of the pan
- Pour the can of soup on top and spread evenly
- layer the potatoes on top
- Put in the oven and bake for 45 - 45 minutes
