Taco Ring
Ingredients A
- 1 1/4 lbs (500gms) of ground beef
- 1 TBSP chili powder
- 1 TbSP paprika
- 1 TBSP cumin
- 1 1/2 TSP garlic powder
- 1 1/2 TSP onion powder
- 1 1/2 TSP black pepper
Ingredients B
- 1/2 Cup Chicken broth
- 7 oz Shredded cheese
- 2 cans of refrigerated crescent rolls
Tools
Deep frying pan, Pizza baking pan, Pre-heat oven to 375°F
Preparation
- Brown the meat, and remove any excess grease
- Add the rest of ingredients A
- Add the chicken broth and mix in half the cheese simmer a little to blend it all nicely. Then remove from heat.
- Arrange all your crescent roll wedges in a circle around the pizza pan center with the pointy parts pointing outwards. Then spread the meat evenly around the center part of the ring to form a circle, leaving the points uncovered. Fold the points over and tuck them in. Brush with thin layer of egg. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes, until browned.
